Michaël is in charge of building maintenance. He is the handyman that takes care of technical tasks that require specialized skills and knowledge, including plumbing, locksmith work and ventilation. He can detect problems to ensure the safety, hygiene and comfort in buildings and is able to make repairs whenever necessary.
