Like many other cities in Quebec, Montréal-Est is facing a housing crisis. To help remedy this situation, the City approached the Groupe Angus to design a structuring project to revitalize Broadway Avenue. In addition to housing, the City would like to transform this area, which was once largely occupied by the heavy industry, and turn it into a truly welcoming, attractive place to live. That is where our expertise comes in.
A Residential Complex in the Heart of Montréal-Est
This off-market housing project will be built at the intersection of Broadway Avenue and Notre-Dame Street. It will include:
- 1, 2 & 3-bedroom units
- Shops on the ground floor
- An ideal location near the St. Lawrence River
