Spread across two four- to ten-story buildings, the bright and well-designed apartments will offer privileged access to the St. Lawrence River as well as nearby shops and services.

Inspired by the industrial past of the former Angus Shops, this inclusive rental project is located on Molson Street, between Mont-Royal Avenue and William-Tremblay Street. It will offer 350 affordable housing units for families and workers, who will enjoy easy access to the shops, services, and green infrastructure of the Rosemont neighborhood.

Terra Nostra will offer 323 affordable housing units in buildings ranging from 5 to 14 stories high, located at the intersection of Louvain Street and Christophe-Colomb Avenue in the Ahuntsic borough. The first project in the future Louvain eco-district, it will be designed with respect for the environment and the urban setting, offering a modern, sustainable living environment that is well integrated into the neighborhood.

Located in the heart of Vieux Pointe-aux-Trembles, this project offers 109 units spread across three buildings on either side of Notre-Dame Street.
