An attractive architectural concept
The building boasts a roof-top terrace with a view of Mount Royal and an adjoining pedestrian public square lined with restaurants. The building is impressive to see, with its two elegant spaces stacked one on top of the other.
On March 23, 2023, the building was awarded LEED Silver certification, highlighting the site's ecological development and efficient management.
