Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec
New Spaces Dedicated to Management and Research
The Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec approached the Société de développement Angus for support in building its new academic facility. This building, which will be dedicated to management and innovation, will feature classrooms, collaborative spaces, a lecture hall, and offices dedicated to research. This development project is essential to the growth of the educational activities of this institute, which is unique in Canada.
A Project Rooted in Its Community
This building will reflect the identity of the Quarter Latin. The existing façade will be harmoniously integrated into the project, while the new building’s contemporary architecture will feature high-quality, expressive materials, including brick, tinted aluminum, and glass. Two gardens and terraces will complete this complex, which will foster interaction and learning.
