When the theatre needed a major overhaul, the SDA acted as its real estate manager to provide La Licorne with a new space in which to showcase theatre. Two new multidisciplinary studios, dressing rooms and high-tech spaces were also provided for the management team, along with a large foyer with a café lounge.
