We’re revitalizing with long-term services for the community.

Société de développement Angus was hired as development project manager for the new Maison d’Haïti, which opened its doors in fall 2016.

Maison d’Haïti

SDA worked closely with Maison d’Haïti throughout the development and construction of this $3.2 million project.

The new Maison d’Haïti opened its doors in 2016. The organization owns its own building and land, ensuring it can provide lasting services to the community.

The new workspaces will mean 5,000 immigrants and their families will be able to access the support they need every year. Maison d’Haïti also has a 150-person capacity multi-purpose room for events that bring the community together.

The project was made possible by the City of Montreal, the Quebec government, Caisse d’Économie Solidaire Desjardins, Fiducie du Chantier de l’Économie Sociale, SDA, and Rayside Labossière architects.
