She has been working as a lawyer at the SDA for nearly 20 years, offering legal guidance on several aspects of our projects. She helps draft and negotiate contracts required to launch partnerships, financing and construction. She is responsible for ensuring that all corporate documents sent to the organization’s governing body are compliant. She also provides thorough and astute advice to the general management team and various departments on legal matters and risks associated with the company’s activities.
