Cité Angus Phase 1 Achieves Gold!
Cité Angus Phase 1, the first residential Technopôle Angus building, was awarded LEED Gold certification today. Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, or LEED®, certifies excellence in sustainability and leadership in green building practices.
This certification means that Cité Angus Phase 1 upholds the highest standards of sustainable development. Primarily comprised of affordable family housing units, it is the first building to have been linked to the energy loop.
Our teams focused on cultivating an innovative, high-quality living environment, with residences that cater to the needs of larger families.

In August, Cité Angus Phase 1 garnered three Gold certifications in three different categories at the Grand Prix du Design:
- Residential Building / Apartments & Condominiums from 5 to 9 floors
- Special Awards / Architecture + Materials
- Special Awards / Sustainable Architecture
This achievement reflects the considerable effort and fruitful collaboration put forth by our partners and team. We also wish to acknowledge the contributions of our partners, including Rayside Labossière, Desjardins Experts Conseils, Leroux+Cyr, Sidcan, NIPPAYSAGE, and Énergère, who were instrumental in our success.
