Locoshop Angus get a plaza!

INSERTECH ANGUS‘ move to its new location on Molson last week has left 11,500 sq. ft. of rental spaces available in the magnificent Locoshop.

The arrival of expert cheesemaker La Cloche à Fromage in May heralded the start of a new trend at Locoshop. We want more specialized food services to move into the remaining locations to create a full-length plaza along the old building. Outdoor patios will let shoppers enjoy the fine weather and great view of Park Jean-Duceppe. In fact, the cheese shop patio is already open, so why not drop by and sample their delectable products with a nice glass of white wine?

With the way business has developed over the years, we believe local workers and visitors appreciate having more services available nearby. Locoshop is the perfect location for these services. Plus, the local population just keeps on growing!
