The Old Pointe-aux-Trembles Revitalization Project: Breathing New Life into the Heart of the Village.

Nestled in the heart of Pointe-aux-Trembles, the proposed initiative has been designed as an eco-district that cultivates a holistic and diverse living experience. It involves the construction of three buildings on either side of Notre-Dame Street, featuring ground-floor commercial spaces and apartments above. The project adheres to the "In the city in 15 minutes" concept, providing residents with access to essential goods and services within close proximity, either on foot or by bike.

This project has been designed on a human scale, seamlessly integrating with the built environment currently in place.
