The LG2 Headquarters Achieves LEED Silver Certification!

This award exceeded our expectations, as we had only applied for basic certification. LEED® certification serves as the international benchmark of excellence in sustainability and leadership in green construction. To qualify, we must fulfill several criteria in specific areas, including the following:

• Sustainable Sites
• Water Efficiency
• Energy and Atmosphere
• Materials and Resources
• Indoor Environmental Quality
• Innovation
• Location and Transportation
• Awareness and Training

The building houses the LG2 headquarters, along with the Caisse d'économie solidaire Desjardins, the Annette wine bar and La Maison Tricotée; it will also be home to the Red Tiger and Blossom by the end of spring.
